I want to update the previous review...it turned out, through no fault of this vendor, she had not received my email/efforts to contact her. Once she did, she immediately responded and said she would find a set of the coasters and ship them out (that was yesterday), which I just received notice that they have been shipped. Very pleased with her prompt response. Update, the order arrived today (one day later). Excellent customer service...would not hesitate to order from this vendor again.

My order never showed up but as soon as I reached out, she offered to make the masks again and meet me since we didn’t live too far apart. Great customer service. The masks are very nice. I like how soft they are on the inside and the adjustable ear loops. Would definitely buy again.
